Demo Sumthing

Creators often work in silo but creativity flourishes with diverse inputs. Inspired by my time at NEW INC (New Museum), I wanted to facilitate a space where creators at the forefront of immersive storytelling could share their work-in-progress and have expansive strategic conversations with the NYC creative community. I hosted five successful live events (each different than the rest) featuring work from creators like David Lobser of NYU Future Reality Lab, Glenn Cantave whose team uses AR to rewrite history, Stanford's Catie Cuan who teaches robots and humans how to dance, Arcade Amerikana who question desire in the digital age through immersive theater, and more.
